About OAA

Morgan Clough (pronounced "Cluff") was brought up in the church as a youngster and when he reached his teens, he ran to the world’s fun. In the early 1980’s he was an active alcoholic and drug abuser. Constantly in trouble with the law. In 1984 he met his wife Lynn and quit drinking but his life was still a mess inside and felt no clear direction for his life.

In 1985 Morgan started his own limousine business in New Hampshire and was very successful, but still something was lacking. He chased all the material things that man says matter; money, cars, boats, racecars, snowmobiles etc. and nothing made him happy. Finally one day in June of 1994 Lynn his wife suggested they go to a church in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. After several visits to this church GOD began to fill the void that was missing.

In 1999 through the urgings of many friends, Morgan started New England Raceway Ministry, an organization dedicated to the promoting of GOD and Country and wholesome family values. We organized these events at New Hampshire International Speedway to the NASCAR Winston cup fans.

After several highly successful seasons and a concert in June 2000 to over 10,000 people, Morgan was prompted to move his family to Tennessee and take this concert outreach platform ACROSS AMERICA.
In 2001 Outreach Across America was formed and has since assisted in organizing and promoting activities in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
